Skills & Requirements

You're an expert in a major mobile platform:

* * iOS - An expert in Objective-C and you know the iOS SDK inside and out.
* * Android - An expert in native Android (Java) and know the ins and outs of the various android devices.
* * Hybrid - Particularly PhoneGap or other wrapped mobile web applications.

You like having ownership of all aspects of the development process

You have a track record of leading and delivering successful mobile applications

You love solving problems and facing new challenges

You enjoy mentoring developers on your team

You're as comfortable in front of a client as you are behind your computer

You can quickly digest client needs and offer intelligent solutions

You appreciate the balance between ideal architecture and delivering on schedule

You don't mind a little travel

You're a great communicator
