We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to be early members of our growing Customer Happiness Team. Your role will entail phone and email support, replying to customers in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. You will also work directly with our design team to make sure our customers are happy with their shirt design and their overall experience.
The ideal candidate should be well organized with a keen eye for design. You should also have excellent communication skills, a passion for problem solving and most importantly, you must work well in a team.
Although we have an awesome office culture here in Richmond VA, we don't mind stay at home or remote peeps. Your work schedule for this position will be 12pm-9pm EST.
