- Handle all Next Generation platform technical related issues.
- Log and maintain support calls in designated Service Management system.

- Work with clients to properly install and configure MSP-Next Generation services
- Proactively identify ways to avoid recurrence of customer issues by improving the processes and maintaining an active knowledge base
- Test and support standard and custom monitoring solutions designed for platform
- Test and support standard and custom API integration solutions
- Create implementation plans for technologies, monitoring solutions and technology integrations.
- Provide technical documentation and training to delivery staff.
- Requires strong organizational skills and excellent people skills
- Requires ability to take direction easily and remain flexible as needs evolve
- The ability to communicate technical needs in a non-technical way
- Supporting/tracking Next Gen programs in the budget formulation process
- Be the Subject Matter Expert until ticket is closed
- Ensure dispatched escalated events are kept to a minimum and calls answered within the contracted SLA
- Daily review and tracking of all service tickets to ensure prompt resolution
- Assist in providing and compiling performance and cost data for Service Delivery Manager
- Represent team during monthly service review sessions, implementing any needed changes in process guidelines during metrics reviews
- Assist with troubleshooting by partnering with other teams across the organization (Business Technology, Infrastructure, etc.)


- BS degree in a Technology related field
- Knowledge with AWS Services
- Prior experience in the following: software implementations, software development, professional services
- Aptitude for solving qualitative and quantitative problems - ability to deal with ambiguity
- Prior experience in the following: hands-on technical software implementations, software development, professional services, Amazon AWS, Azure, Dome9, CloudHealth
- Aptitude for solving qualitative and quantitative problems - ability to deal with ambiguity
- Ability to create technical documentation (including use cases, requirements, test plans, process maps)
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk, Compliance and Business Continuity domain and familiarity or experience a plus
- Able to comprehend basic to complex business issues, translating business needs into understandable requirements
- Knowledge of Iterative or Agile SDLC
- Strong research/analytical and problem solving skills and ability to gather, analyze and document information clearly and efficiently
