We are looking for a senior salesperson to join our team in the southeast region. You will be responsible for consultant relationships, new business production and client growth in the National Accounts Market (3000+ employees). Territorial responsibilities will include the southeast US.
- Show success in working with clients to develop and enhance Health Plan product penetration and understanding within their organizations.
- Be a rockstar hunter Identify, prospect and build relationships with businesses at multiple levels
- Develop creative financial proposals using broad knowledge of alternate funding concepts.
- Present the value of our solutions to HR and C-level executives
- Focus on branding improvements in targeted areas
- Manage your own sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Drive retention and growth with existing client base
What we would like to see:
- Minimum 5 years in benefit sales (required)
- Bachelor Degree in business, communication, marketing or related field (preferred)
- Experience selling into HR and benefit teams at the enterprise level
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Passion, desire and motivation to sell and close new business
- Strong relationship building and account management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
