Dekeo, a new venture spun out of an ecommerce company JiffyShirts, is creating a global online marketplace for customizable apparel such as T-shirts, tanks, sweaters, and jackets with branded logos or emblems. As the start up at growth stage disrupting a highly fragmented $20B decorative market, we are looking for a true problem solver to lead our motivated and collaborative Customer Service team. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager who's metrics driven and customer-centric. The goal is to keep the team running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations. Position is a contracted work-from-home opportunity that requires a home office with preference to a two-monitor system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative target
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Requirements

- Proven working experience as a customer service manager with at least of 5+ years of experience
- Experience in providing online customer service support
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques with at least 2 years of management experience
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools (Zendesk and JIRA)
- Ability to think strategically and to lead and manage a team of 8-10 customer service reps
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- BS degree in Business Administration or related field
