How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

As our Strategic Account Manager (Western Region), you will be responsible for identifying and closing new logos, as well as further developing opportunities with existing customers. You are a key player in supporting Collibra's strategic position within the Data Governance space.

A day in the life of a Strategic Account Manager (Western Region):

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

- Creating and driving revenue within your specified region and list of named accounts
- Developing a strategic territory business plan
- Generating and chasing qualified business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling
- Collaborating with Pre-Sales, partners, management, and various stakeholders towards winning a deal
- Linking the prospect's drivers and problems to our software solution
- Owning the sales cycle from pipeline building to forecasting and closing
- Maintaining customer relations to ensure retention

Why we need you:

- You have at least 4 years of experience in a strategic account management role selling enterprise software
- You have experience in data management and are knowledgeable of the data management challenges that exist within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life science sectors
- You have a strong network that you can leverage and rely on to help you advance opportunities
- You have the ability to conceptually understand our solution and explain it on a high level
- You have a hunter's mentality with a history of overachievement
- You're comfortable with competitive and complex sales cycles
- You have experience selling at a strategic level, involving the Business as well as C-Suite
- You're able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
