Job Description
PwC's Marketing and Sales function is a client-focused, high-performing team, which is strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.

The Creative team is a group of highly skilled individuals with a wide scope of digital and traditional disciplines who are responsible for development and implementation of strategic programs and products that reflect the firm's strategic, brand and marketing objectives. The team delivers an integrated and differentiated customer experiences through visual, digital and verbal concepts across all media.

The Design function is responsible for developing digital and other design-led collateral, producing fully-branded, exacting designs. The Design team specializes in one or more of the following areas of design: HTML, responsive web; interactive; infographics; data visualization; tablet/handhelds, publications, advertising, user experience, sales material and event and environmental design.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 6

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Communications Design or the equivalent minimum years of listed professional experience in creative design roles.

Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrated proven extensive knowledge of and success in roles creating digital design and the end-user experience, particularly with producing for a professional services firm, design-led collateral that utilizes one or more of the following areas of design: HTML, responsive web, interactive, infographics, data visualization, tablet/handhelds, publications, user experience, layout, presentations and proposals.

Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates proven extensive abilities with, and success in roles, innovating and leading the development of design solutions across a wide variety of functional areas of the marketing mix and collaborating to encourage leading industry practices and consistency, which includes the following areas:
- Creating visual and verbal concepts that express the brand and coordinate brand expression with all key communications efforts for maximum impact, including the use of Adobe Creative Suite and web design skills to do so.
- Collaborating, planning, analyzing, organizing and executing assigned projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven professional services environment.
- Defining strategically, supporting, managing and communicating the brand identity internally and to the marketplace
