We are looking for a Customer Happiness agent based in the European Timezone to join us as part of our support staff on Imagify.
Putting customer service first has definitely paid off--lots of new happy customers mean lots of growth, and that brings us to you.
You will assist and solve people's problems on live chat (pre-sales) and in our ticket system (pre-sales, customer support).
Imagify (https://imagify.io/) is an Image Optimizer subscription service which improves loading time of websites by reducing image sizes.
Images can be optimized directly on our application, through the API, or the WordPress plugin.
Most of our users are using the WordPress plugin, this allow you to:
- Optimize the whole media library in one click.
- Auto-optimize images upon upload.
- Restore and re-optimize images to another compression level.
We provide a free monthly plan (25MB/month) and paying plans for bigger quota.
In one year, more than 100 Millions images have been optimized by our 50 000 users.
