Job Summary:

We're looking for an amazing person who is committed to helping others. We work with web hosting customers from all over the world, and with that comes an endless amount of challenges and learning experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties:

So, what can you do for our customers?

- Solve their web technology problems using chat, email and phone.
- Continuously learn about new web technologies and share your knowledge with customers and team members.
- Install, configure, maintain and solve errors for content managements systems including, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
- Explain how DNS and web design tools work.
- And finally...Be Amazing!

We are a team of individuals who have very high expectations of ourselves, and we expect no less than amazing service and knowledge from any new person joining our team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Web hosting experience is a must if you would like to join our tech savvy team. You must know how to troubleshoot issues with websites and email, understand where things can go wrong and how to fix it. You also enjoy helping every kind of customer from first-time website builder to developers/designers.
