The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for defining go-to-market strategies; and identifying, developing, implementing, and measuring demand generation activities. The Product Marketing Manager must be an enthusiastic team leader and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The preferred candidate will have extensive prior marketing experience in demand generation, building/facilitating cross-functional marketing plans, the ability to develop marketing strategies in collaboration with product business units, consultative/collaborative project management skills.

Primary Responsibilities

- Demand Generation - Identify and implement marketing activities that promote lead generation, lead nurturing, opportunity development, and sales; leverage market research and CRM tools. Manage the development of appropriate marketing lists. Support sales team with materials and tools to effectively communicate Iatric Systems capabilities and benefits. Research, evaluate, and provide recommendations on new marketing opportunities that support company initiatives.
- Project Management - Act as Project Manager and perform necessary marketing tasks as needed to ensure successful project completion. Create marketing campaigns and tools to appropriately communicate to targeted audiences.
- Product Marketing Integration - Integrate product marketing and corporate marketing messages for seamless communications across target audiences, to drive purchase preference for Iatric Systems. In conjunction with business units, develop and implement strategies to market company's products. Translate product details and features into a wide variety of effective marketing materials.
- Product Launches - Participate in, and in some cases, lead, cross-functional teams which use Iatric Systems Product Management Framework, to define market opportunities, requirements, and other aspects of new product launches. Manage and develop the marketing related aspects of new product launches.
- Measurement - Evaluate and report on effectiveness of campaigns and programs to determine ways to improve future campaigns.
- Development - Evaluate target markets and define implementation plans to reach the market through innovative marketing activities.
- Marketing Tools - Develop marketing collateral materials, sales tools, web and blog content, customer communications, and other materials as necessary.
- Miscellaneous marketing tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Customer Activities - conduct post implementation surveys of new customers; manage Customer User Groups.
- RPF Development - Assist with timely RFP Development.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relatable field
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing, preferably high-tech
- Experience with enterprise CRM software, preferably SalesForce.com; and enterprise Marketing Automation software, preferably Marketo or HubSpot
- Proficiency in Inbound Marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, and to complete projects on time and on budget
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent writing, editing, and communications skills
- Proven experience in presenting to all levels of an organization
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent skills in all Microsoft software applications, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle.
- Ability to work from home office during business hours without interruption
- DSL or cable modem high-speed internet accessibility from home office
- Occasional overnight travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Marketing experience in the Healthcare Information Technology industry
- Experience planning and implementing social media and digital communications
