Primary Purpose of Position:

Manages all elements of the customer and distributor supply chain such that the targets for net revenue, as set by the Company, are met or exceeded in the relevant time frame set.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

* Develop account strategies in accordance with overall channel strategy
* Develop business plans covering unit volume, revenue, market share, product mix, and channel marketing plans
* Drive sell in, sell thru and manage inventory levels with key accounts
* Conduct regular reviews of business performance
* Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to develop new item launch strategy and account specific channel marketing programs to increase shelf space and drive sell thru
* Identify new opportunities for channel development and implement market penetration sales activities
* Manage collaborative planning efforts with key accounts to drive accurate account forecasts and maximize our operational efficiencies with each account.
* Manage MDF and promotional budgets for each account

Key Result Areas:

* Net revenue, which is measured as the Distributor buy in price times the number of units purchased in US dollars.
* For accounts and distributors agreed identified in discussion with Sales Director:-
>>> Build detailed go to market plans such that the net revenue goal is achievable.
>>> Manage the relationships between channels such that harmonious trading relations are ensured.
>>> On site and instore execution that build consumer traffic and advocacy.
>>> Informs, guides and motivates all contact points, including any direct reports and / or journalists in such a manner that they are enthused and clear with regard to Fitbit's global, European and local region initiatives.
* Completes all Company reporting and communication protocols in line with the frequency and depth indicated by the Company. The Company commits to providing clarity and IT tools so to achieve this KRA.
* Guides direct / indirect reports to achieve their and the region's net revenue goal. Further they are clear and act in accordance with the professional standards expected of them as representatives of Fitbit Europe.

Education & Experience

* 5 years of experience in similar roles
* Demonstrated success in those roles
* Experience in CE, FMCG or Sports Retailing Industries
* Experience Managing Retail and Distribution Partner Relationships
* Knowledge of consumer electronics or related industry would be an advantage
* Relationships with Current Channels would be an advantage
