In this newly-created position as our Benefits Compliance Administrator, you will have the opportunity to design workflows for our benefits documentation product and interface with our outside vendor and internal departments to help our clients build compliant benefits documents. You will use your benefits and customer service knowledge and experience to manage the service delivery relationship between all parties to create a great customer experience.

You will:

* Act as the primary ThinkHR representative with partners and their clients using the products. This includes being the main point of contact to assist clients with tool navigation, answering questions about ERISA and IRS benefit plan documentation requirements, and assisting clients in generating their Wrap, POP, HRA, FSA, transportation and parking documents and using the non-discrimination testing tool.
* Along with Customer Success and Product Marketing, develop and deliver webinars, tutorials, custom collateral, and assist partners with the use of the products to drive overall engagement.
* Train internal team members regarding the features and operations of the product.
* Escalate product support issues to the vendor and internal customer support teams as necessary.
* Learn more, collaborate with cross-functional ThinkHR teams, and have the opportunity to make this the best product of its kind on the market.

You are / have:

* Minimum of 4 years of client-facing account management experience working with health and welfare insurance products.
* Working knowledge of compliance requirements for health and welfare benefits, including requirements under ERISA, COBRA, cafeteria plans, HIPAA, ACA, and FMLA.
* Ability to communicate with clients with varying levels of compliance expertise regarding benefits compliance rules and requirements.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple concurrent projects in detail while identifying and prioritizing key tasks.
* Detail-oriented with ability to execute in a timely manner on follow-up tasks and deliverables.
* Professional written communication and presentation skills.
