The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. Do you have experience coordinating and scheduling interviews and appointments for a fast paced company? The Senior Recruiting Coordinator is primarily responsible for owning our recruiting coordination process. This includes hands-on scheduling for our many clients, identifying and implementing process changes to continually improve our product, and providing best-in-class service to our internal leadership team and our customers. We offer customized scheduling processes for our clients, so you'll rely on superb organization and communication to keep track of progress and make sure deadlines are met. You'll also field a ton of questions from internal team members, candidates, and clients alike, and be in charge of communicating, coordinating, and prioritizing among everyone involved. Since you'll touch on all aspects of our company, you'll have a large influence on our company culture - a positive attitude and willingness to help is a must!

Things you'll do:

- Process management: evaluate and update recruiting coordination processes, communication, and strategies to ensure The Sourcery is always providing best-in-class service.
- Recruiting coordination: hands-on scheduling of interviews and coordination of schedules and communication between clients, candidates, and internal leaders.
- Leadership: hire additional remote junior Recruiting Coordinators as our company scales; manage and support their performance, process and development.
- Database and system management/tracking: open and close of all roles in our various systems against tight deadlines and SLAs, post and manage job ads.
- Administrative support: help our sales and recruiting teams schedule high-level client meetings with Bay Area technology and startup executives.
- Leverage outstanding interpersonal and professional communication to keep all parties updated as needed.
- Lead every day with a service-first mentality; fulfill needs of both clients and candidates efficiently and quickly.

Must Haves:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator/in a role where you managed extremely heavy scheduling duties.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills - you know how to identify, address, and correct issues through professional and timely communication.
- At least 2 years of experience managing scheduling and/or administrative support for C-Level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage many competing priorities at once - you can structure your time to meet multiple deadlines and goals at once, all while remaining cool under pressure.
- Team focus - you're professional, accountable, and reliable. You know how to coax the best out of others without sacrificing quality or productivity.
- Experience working and collaborating with team members at all levels of an organization, all while working offsite.

Bonus Points for Experience:

- Prior experience as a personal, administrative, or executive assistant within a technology or startup environment.
- With recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, Jobvite, Lever, etc.
