Your role

Reporting to the VP Business Development, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities with existing mobile operator accounts, and supporting business development activities securing agreements with additional mobile operators in The Americas region.

You will manage and cultivate assigned operator relationships, continuously growing opportunities that leverage the Teralytics' data monetization platform. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for executing on a multi-faceted strategic partnership plan to achieve annual revenue goals.

Responsibilities will include:

- Navigating complex operator organizations, crafting and presenting winning value propositions to key influencers and decision-makers
- Structuring strategic deals entailing sell to/through/with business models
- Driving early customer adoption and creating programs with mobile operators to drive demand for mobile operator data exposed through Teralytics' data monetization platform
- Working closely with product and marketing teams to position Teralytics as a leading brand for telecom data monetization in the region
- Working closely with the VP, Global Business Development and peers in regional markets to share best practices and key learnings that will serve to shape Teralytics GTM and business development approach globally
- Building and cultivating strong industry relationships

Your role may also require supporting business development activities with channel partners that have existing relationships with mobile operators, to expand the reach of Teralytics data monetization solutions. These additional partnerships may include companies that sell infrastructure, analytics, research, and media & advertising solutions to mobile operators.

Your profile

You have an analytical mindset, and you are assured when dealing with data and operating in an early-stage, fast-growth environment where some degree of ambiguity exists. You possess exceptional business acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to make timely decisions, weighing the risk/reward and impact to the business.

You have demonstrable knowledge of the telecom industry, as well as their strategic priorities and evolving revenue / monetization strategies. You possess exemplary communication skills and you are ethical and portray a strong sense of integrity. You are highly-motivated, displaying passion for and proven success in leading within a dynamic and growing environment.


- Minimum of a bachelor's degree (MBA is preferred)
- At least 7 years of experience developing strategic partnerships with and selling into operator organizations, with proven track record of initiating, developing, and closing significant revenue-generating opportunities of both a tactical and strategic nature
- Understanding of mobile networks and IT systems with prior experience selling mobile location based services, data, consumer analytics, advertising technologies and SAAS platforms
- Ability to relate to and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across a wide range of backgrounds (age/nationality/ education/professions etc.)
- High energy levels and phenomenal work ethic; great desire to succeed and make the whole team successful in the process
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Experience in developing non-telecom strategic "sell with/through" partnerships in key verticals in segments including but not limited to Transportation, Travel, Smart Cities, Media & Advertising to create a partner ecosystem would be advantageous
