Responsibilities include:

- Execute and refine the product process, from discovery to validation, design to implementation, quality assurance to user testing and customer success
- Collaborate with the CPO, CTO, UI and UX designers, and developers to ensure on time shipment of well-crafted value-add features
- Spearhead product requirements documents, write feature epics and specs, and help with feature prioritization
- Conduct user tests and translate user feedback into bug reports and product refinement tasks
- Contribute to customer success, product marketing, and pre-sales team functions


- Advanced degree in biological (life) sciences, bioinformatics, or computational biology

- Familiarity with academic and commercial bioinformatics software
- Hands-on experience with NGS-based experiments and/or data analysis
- Proven product or project leadership
- Exceptional written English and oral communication skills
