Grand Rounds provides employers with a medical benefit that enables its employees to get a medical second opinion from one of the top medical experts nationwide within each specialty. When a case is initiated, the Care Team aggregates comprehensive data on each patient, and then connects that patient with a leading medical provider for his or her condition.

Grand Rounds orchestrates the analytics, expertise, and technology needed to deliver quality outcomes and cost savings to groups ranging from 1,000 employees to Fortune 50 employers. Our experts hone in on the most complicated, costly, and often high-risk conditions to deliver for patients the best possible diagnosis and advice on course of treatment. We are looking for results-oriented relationship builders to join our team and continue our rapid pace of customer growth.

This person will represent Grand Rounds to key customers and thus will embody the Grand Rounds passion for saving lives through better healthcare quality.

During your first 30 days, you will:

- Onboard with the Grand Rounds team
- Participate in internal learning of all products, tools, and resources available to you
- Become familiar with our offerings and implementation process
- Learn how to talk to customers about Grand Rounds

During your first 60 days, you will:

- Achieve a level of comfort with our product offerings to present Grand Rounds in a pitch
- Lead customer and employee discussions
- Assess the status of your customer portfolio
- Build templates for your account presentations

During your first 90 days, you will:

- Independently lead customer implementation
- Gain an understanding of customer needs and priorities
- Demonstrate a mastery of the Grand Rounds suite of products

Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of large employer customers, owning project management, and maintaining key documentation
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for employer customers, maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders
- Partner with marketing teams to deliver and execute a robust engagement strategy
- Produce and communicate regular customer reports on customer engagement and utilization as well as key product features and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify innovations to better serve Grand Rounds customers and patients
- Contribute to product roadmap planning, providing an important customer and patient voice
- Leave customers feeling delighted after every interaction

Requirements:

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in implementation and/or account management of HR / Benefits / Healthcare with employers or other large groups
- Outstanding track record of exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong results-orientation
- Superb customer empathy
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing organization
- Entrepreneurial core; ability to innovate, think outside the box, and solve problems creatively
- Passion for the Grand Rounds product suite; belief that these platforms are transforming how we access and utilize healthcare
- Willingness to travel (estimated 20%)
