Metamask is hiring a Community Support Manager


- Support and answer developers wanting to leverage and interact with core ConsenSys Apps (MM, uPort, INFURA, Truffle)
- Field requests coming through ticket management system, focused on public developers
- Helps with curation of ConsenSys app specific FAQs behind individual developer portals for the Apps
- Have a high-level understanding of Ethereum, MetaMask, and Infura
- Be able to handle all types of user questions politely and patiently, with assertion when necessary.
- Monitor various Ethereum social media outlets, such as the Ethereum subreddit and our Twitter and Facebook pages to gauge both community pulse and answer related MetaMask questions
- Monitor our Slack channel and be able to answer questions, especially during off-hours for the West Coast
- Field questions from our support helpdesk

Nice to have

- Identify events where a MetaMask presence or presentation would be beneficial.
- Be able to deliver updates on behalf of MetaMask on various issues such as significant updates/feature additions, responses to widespread technical issues, and general updates on the state of the product
- Ability to note feedback from the community both indirect and direct and distill that feedback for the developer team
- Keep a pulse on the ecosystem horizon, such as warning about upcoming crowdsales and updates to related technology
- Be able to write articles for our knowledge base
