In this role you will be responsible for traveling to clients' sites, perform complex demonstrations of the system, orchestrate onsite scoping and assessment meetings, and will be responsible for answering all system related questions and developing client proposals. This includes but is not limited to:

- Communicate with prospects on their level, using their language and being an expert in navigating both business and technical questions; from all levels within an organization
- Develop and execute accurate, clear, and concise proposals
- Responsible for uncovering client needs and addressing those needs as part of the sales and demonstration strategy
- Ability to position e-Builder Enterprise as the system of choice and become an expert in overcoming objections
- Configure complex solutions in e-Builder Enterprise and demonstrate the benefits to the prospect
- Work with the territory Sales Team to execute the sales pursuit strategy
- Develop and refine RFP responses as assigned
- Responsible for reading and interpreting clients' requirements into client solutions and proposals

In your first year your goals will include:

- Mastery of the e-Builder Enterprise platform and its capabilities.
- Mastery of the market we serve and value we bring.
- Mastery of the e-Builder processes and culture we've built.

Attributes/Skills Required:

- Prior experience in a Business Analyst or Project Manager role
- Prior experience in a Sales Engineer or related position - Preferred
- Understanding of construction processes - Preferred
- Demonstrated strong analytical, process oriented mindset and capability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to solve problems using a creative and logical mindset.
- 4 year college degree preferred
- Travel up to 75%.
