You will respond to customer inquiries by directing them to the website, FAQs, appropriate personnel, etc when needed.

Address customers in a professional and respectful manner.

Take ownership of customer issues in order to follow-up on outstanding requests and escalate issues when necessary.

- 2 -3 years of previous experience in customer support, ideally remote support, chat, email.
- Excellent customer support skills when writing and speaking
- Knowledge on bitcoin gets you extra points, but is not necessary
- Proficient English and Spanish speaker is a must. Additional languages are a great plus such as Portuguese.
- This is a full time position, 100% of commitment is required
