We're an award-winning email marketing agency looking for someone to join our fast-growing team of email junkies. As an account manager, you'll provide account leadership across a wide range of agency client accounts. You won't just be working on one account; you'll be leading all initiatives for multiple clients across multiple industries. You'll develop the strategies, create the timelines, and then work with our creative, production, and technical teams to ensure your projects are delivered on time and on budget. Most importantly, you'll deliver great results for our clients.

Day-to-day, you'll:

- Conceptualize, develop, and implement full-scale email programs from the ground up
- Work to optimize existing email programs through new email builds, deliverability, list management, and optimization efforts
- Develop and execute a/b and multivariate test plans to drive outstanding results for our clients (and then report back on what did and didn't work... and learn from it!)
- Strategize and implement effective strategies to meet and exceed client goals (e.g., click-through rates, page views, revenue)
- Manage the creation of all email campaign elements, including copy, design, coding, and reporting
- Manage client relationships, acting as the face of FulcrumTech for each of your clients

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree or higher with a strong academic record
- At least 4 years of email-marketing experience (agency experience is preferable)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of digital-marketing results
- Expert facility with Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote, Word
