We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to be responsible for owning, developing, and executing the day-day configuration, reporting, training, support, maintenance and overall improvement of the CRM platform. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with internal and external partners and participate in all phases of new implementations including planning, design of the application, configuration, development and coding of custom objects, fields and integration points.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide day-to-day end-user support (including system configuration, complex formulas and system maintenance)

- Establish and implement best practices with regards to release management, system maintenance, configuration, development, security improvements, and testing

- Perform administrative functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management

- Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts workflows and approvals, create and maintain custom objects, object relationships, standard and custom fields

- Manage and maintain third party apps and recommend tools which will provide better user experiences and efficiencies

- Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed


SKILLS/ABILITIES

- Proficiency in SFDC administrative tasks and thorough understanding of the SFDC licensing structure and various services offered by SFDC

- Detail oriented with strong documentation skills

- Experience with customer portals and associated licenses types (high volume portal licenses, etc.)

- Excellent verbal and communication skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Solid project management skills

- Problem-solving, project-based and team-player mindset


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred in Computer Science or related field) or Equivalent Education and Experience

- 3+ years of CERTIFIED Salesforce Administration experience

- SFDC / Outlook integration experience (Highly Desirable)

- SFDC Communities experience

- Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) either within Salesforce or any other BI solution (Domo for example) desirable

- Lighting experience

- Visual Force Experience

- Experience using development tools such as Force.com IDE, Eclipse, Visual Studio, Workbench, and the SFDC Developer Console is a big plus.

- Experience and knowledge in querying salesforce.com database using SOQL & SOSL queries and Governor Limits.

- Experience with unit testing, deploying change sets from SFDC sandbox environments, and familiarity with common software development practices and methodologies

- Experience in migration strategy ie promoting code from sandboxes to production environment, address related to functionality, integration etc.

- SFDC Administrator certification required

- Experience in writing Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, developing Visual Force pages using standard and custom controllers.

- Experience in analyzing business requirements, entity relationships and converting them to SFDC custom objects, lookup relationships, junction objects, master-detail relationships.

- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
