- Title: VP of Sales
- Location: Remote / Work from home
- Reports to: CEO
- Direct reports: Manages Sales Team
- Type: 1099 / 100% Commission
- Competitive commission structure; for any new clients you sign, you'll keep 50% of revenue earned from the client on all projects for the first 12 months and 25% thereafter for the life of the client


Responsibilities

- Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
- Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices
- Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with executive team
- Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
- Implements approved distribution strategies
- Manages multiple channel selling strategies
- Builds, develops and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives
- Business development activities will include: sourcing and qualifying clients, identifying decision makers, establishing client relationships, building relationships and scheduling client visits
- Account development and generating new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients
- Build long term strategic client relationships through both telephone contact and face to face meetings
- Gain a clear understanding of the clients hiring requirements and needs
- Maintain accurate and current profiles on all current and targeted potential clients
- Meet with clients regularly to monitor and assist various phases of the sales cycle

Requirements

- Prior leadership / management experience required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field
- 5-7 years of business to business sales experience (preferably in the staffing industry)
- Strong negotiation and contract skills
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience taking job orders and working with the recruiting team and clients to close orders
- Team-oriented
- Must provide own laptop, phone and be able to work remotely with home office setup
