We're looking for a seasoned sales executive to help us drive revenue and build scalable sales processes.

Your challenge (in the first months)

- Work with the founder & existing customers to better understand your prospect's business challenges;
- Define & produce the sales materials needed for your work;
- Manage outreach campaigns and work with the marketing team on new prospecting/lead acquisition efforts;
- Reply to and follow-up with inbound inquiries;
- Once your first results start showing, create a repeatable sales model by designing sales processes and plan the recruitment of your sales team.

Your future at GetSocial

- Own the sales team processes, including hiring and training team members;
- Develop and continuously improve our sales processes to make them predictable & repeatable;
- Train and mentor your sales team;
- Define and implement commission plans;

What we expect from your application

Due to the specificity of this opening, we feel that you are someone who has significant experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry, having worked on the first investment rounds of similar companies.

You should have a proven track record. A few examples of what we're expecting from you:

- You started and built at least one sales team from a small startup into a larger sales force;
- You joined that startup as one of the first sales employees
- You contributed to scale the revenue from the initial $250k annual recurring revenue to $1M+ by testing and validating sales processes and quickly scaling your team.
- (Ideally) Your previous experience was in a B2B sales environment, where you were able to sell to both SME and Enterprise clients with deal sizes between $10,000 and $150,000 per year.
