We have an immediate opening for an Organizational Change Management Consultant responsible for leading, developing and executing change management initiatives, organizing and conducting change management training, and monitoring and evaluating change adoption and effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

- Ability to quickly ramp up and assess client needs.
- Understand the environment for change and become a trusted advisor to client stakeholders while leading change.
- Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Build networks of change champions and agents.
- Create change management plans to support complex change engagements.
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate change tactic effectiveness.
- Applies practical solutions and proven methods to help our clients.
- Prepare for and sustain changes driven by one or multiple initiatives.
- Realize the business value of those change initiatives.
- Build change readiness capability - sustaining immediate changes and adapting to future ones.
- Acclimatize quickly with client business challenges and technologies to understand the environment for change and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders while leading change initiatives.
- Ensure OCM activities are aligned with overall project timelines and key milestones, and are integrated with other work streams as required.
- Advise clients on best practices and market trends in OCM activities.
- Develop training plans, materials and oversee their execution with solution implementation team members.
- Develop and monitor execution of OCM communication plans.
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of change tactics.
- Define activities to support change and transition initiatives.
- Identify and resolve business analysis challenges with limited assistance.
- Adjust quickly to shifting priorities and rapid change.
- Anticipate and address client needs while building and expanding client relationships.
- Translate complex technical subject matter into user-friendly communications.
- Identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives with supervision.
- Support stakeholder analysis efforts and change management strategy development.
- Conduct initial stakeholder analysis and develop recommended change management approach and strategy.
- Actively participate in thought leadership activities such as blogs, white papers and other related efforts.Skills and

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills are required

- Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field.

- 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.

- Able to travel 30%- 50% client site.
