SparkReaction is a Platinum HubSpot Partner Agency that is coming up on it's 5 year anniversary. We are a small/boutique style agency but have a big reputation in the industry and are looking for the next rockstar to join our team and help take us to the next level.

We are looking for the right marketing expert to join our team (at our offices in AZ or Des Moines, IA but are also open to remote work) and bring our stories to life. You will spread your genius across social media, events, influencer relations, content marketing, and everything else that makes our brand come alive.

You're where our thought leadership comes to life every day. If we had to guess, you're a highly motivated individual with relevant experience, a proven success and a passion for implementing and measuring marketing programs. Your focus would be designing and executing a killer content strategy and promotion, driving successful lead-generating campaigns, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership -- You know, all the fun stuff.

The Ideal Candidate:

* You have a proven track record of translating business goals into successful and effective digital marketing campaigns
* You are adept with using HubSpot marketing software and have a good understanding of marketing automation
* You are a digital native, comfortable with the tools and channels used for B2B marketing and content creation.
* You have a history of being an effective self-starter as well as project manager.
* You're constantly having new ideas, and they range from small to big and reasonable to ridiculous.
* You have an eye for design and user experience.
* You have a knack for connecting with people in all roles and levels of an organization. (And you have a knack for connecting with people in general.)
* You don't shy away from taking the lead on projects, but know when it's important to be a team player.
* You're eager to work with smart people to solve complex problems.

The Day-to-Day:

In this role, you will own and manage a variety of consumer-facing marketing platforms such as email marketing, web pages, lead-driven landing pages, social media posts and blogs, and marketing collateral. You will also be responsible for, but not limited to:

* Marketing Automation & Tracking
>>> Utilize Hubspot expertise to develop and implement campaigns that will drive strong ROI
>>> Create, test and compare Hubspot workflows
>>> Define user journeys and customer experiences to drive growth
>>> Track and report on how users interact with our assets to drive action
>>> Create A/B tests and strategize how to best optimize the consumer journey
>>> Coordinate SEO/SEM programs
* Design & Web
>>> Manage and provide feedback to designers
>>> Work closely with design team on visual assets
>>> Manage content posting and updates to the website
* Project Management
>>> Ability to own project from concept to completion
>>> Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics
>>> Create and/or coordinate content for articles, blogs, white papers, eBooks, webinars, etc.
>>> Work closely with, and get approval from, relevant Stakeholders to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule
>>> Willingness to help develop internal processes
* Social Media
>>> Execute social media strategy, engagement, and social promotions
>>> Extract short-form content for social amplification
>>> Monitor social ad campaigns

Additional notes or requirements:

* Working on multiple deliverables of varying timelines doesn't phase you, and strong project management experience is one of your attributes.
* Minimum two years B2B marketing experience
* Energetic self-starter who takes initiative and creative approach to problem solving
* Ability to work independently
* You should be a brilliant writer and communicator - say a lot with a little
* Previous Agency experience
* Master of all things HubSpot
* Strong in Google Analytics (and a data enthusiast in general)
