StatesideBPO is looking for customer service representatives who are energetic, quick paced, well spoken, and self-motivated team players with a "can - do" approach to provide support to our customers.

This position has growth potential and is responsible for tracking the status of orders, data entry and contacting customers on resolution of problems.

The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in a high volume customer service environment and advanced computer knowledge and skills are a plus but not required.
Requirements

- The Minimum Requirements for this position are:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge and experience with email and chat programs such as Outlook and AIM, basic computer trouble shooting skills.
- Good communication and skills, both written and verbally.
- Ability to provide great customer service and accurate information, efficiently.
- Ability to work in a team environment as independently. Prior work experience.
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously.
