We're looking for an exceptional engineering leader who's operated and scaled a high-performing team, cares about tackling complex technical challenges, and maintains a high bar for talent and engineering practices.


- Report directly to the CEO and serve as a member of the executive team
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing engineering team of 25-50, ensuring high engagement, productivity, and job satisfaction
- Create the process infrastructure to help the company scale effectively
- Lead with charisma, a tenacious work ethic, a bias toward action, and a philosophy of transparency and employee empowerment
- Exemplify NoRedInk's mission and values

About You:

- You have at least 3 years of engineering leadership experience, effectively managing multiple high-performing teams
- You understand the architectural scaling challenges that face a growing SaaS company, and are knowledgeable about effective strategies to overcome them
- You have a servant-leader mindset, empowering team members by removing obstacles and helping them grow through coaching and mentorship
- You're open to working with a distributed team
