The WFC Group's Marketing Manager supports all business objectives by developing, planning and managing all marketing strategies, programs and practices. Overall this position is responsible for establishing marketing campaigns, managing web content planning occasional tradeshows/ sales events, and coordinating with sales and management on various marketing/ promotional activities.

JOB DUTIES

- Develops and deploys successful and strategic marketing campaigns/plans to drive qualified potential customers to the business and retain existing ones, and owns their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Manages and coordinates the activities of marketing and creative vendors (copywriters, designers, digital organizations, advertising agencies, etc.).
- Manages the content calendar and content ideas to ensure valuable and engaging content is produced for the company newsletter and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Measures, analyzes and reports on the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns against goals and company sales.
- Provides guidance and direction to executives on marketing profitability and results and determines a budgets and targets with management based on that analysis.
- Ensures company website, creative content, print and online communication, sales presentations and advertising meet the company branding and quality standards.
- Leads market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing services; seeks out additional opportunities to use new marketing tactics to benefit the company as well as experiments with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels.
- Handles tradeshow event planning, including managing event details such as location requirements/ selection, shipping, catering, transportation, promotional material, strategic campaigns, invitee lists, etc.
- Promotes and publicizes all events, conducts pre and post event evaluations and reports on outcomes.
- Specifies all staff requirements, coordinates their activities and proactively troubleshoots and handles any arising event issues.
- Conceives and develops artwork in Adobe Illustrator (or other design program) from pre-approved templates for publications, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ BACKGROUND

- A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in a Marketing management role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or another related field.
- Strong working knowledge in all Microsoft Office Products, with a focus on PowerPoint.
- Solid knowledge of various web tools including, HubSpot, Google Analytics and WordPress.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or other design programs, and/or a willingness and aptitude to learn to use such programs.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail, persistence and assertiveness.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills (grammar/ spelling).
- Ability to successfully self-manage and work autonomously.
- Passion for achieving team goals and supporting other individuals and groups.
