Description:
The WFC Group's WFM Implementation Consultants work closely with our clients both domestically and internationally to implement customized workforce management solutions and provide high level functional and technical support both remotely and in person. This position operates mainly in the Kronos Workforce Ready environment and is responsible for all aspects of an implementation including design, configuration, testing, modification, training and delivery of the application.

JOB DUTIES

- Provides subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations to clients regarding application problems and solutions.
- Gathers, analyzes and identifies client requirements/ customizations needed and documents all findings, recommendations and impact evaluations for clients.
- Designs, develops and analyzes implementation plans based on analyses and client discussions.
- Configures the application and workflows alongside the client and per their specifications.
- Based on Experience - Configures interfaces.
- Executes Unit and Integration testing before delivering developed solutions.
- Aids clients in executing User Acceptance Testing and provides application training and change management assistance.
- Responds to, troubleshoots and resolves application level problems for client business and technical users and makes recommendations for more efficient and productive solutions.
- Executes ongoing application configuration and reporting modifications for clients as part of ongoing implementation assistance.
- Based on Experience - Executes ongoing interface modifications and other application technical tasks.
- Based on Experience - Aids clients in conducting upgrades, upgrading interfaces and databases.
- Executes detailed and thorough documentation (including but not limited to: design, configuration, and interface specifications and training guides) on The WFC Group's letterhead/ templates, using professional language and spelling.
- Communicates with and updates project management regarding client work status/tasks, challenges, and assistance needed.
- Participates in on-going educational classes and seminars to improve and enhance his/ her skills set.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ BACKGROUND

- Minimum of one (1) year experience implementing Kronos Workforce Ready.
- Thorough understanding of implementation life cycle components, including: Ability to identify problems, gather requirements, conduct analysis and provide accurate solutions.
- Sound knowledge of Kronos customization, configuration and implementation processes and components, including experience in one or more of the following modules:
- Timekeeper, Attendance, Scheduler, Leave, Activities, Attestation, and/ or Analytics.
- Ability write test scripts/ test plans and support Functional, Integration and UAT testing.
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision as well as multitask between different projects and clients.
- Experience working in complex business environments and on high-pressure, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting.
- Excellent and creative problem solving skills and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

BONUS TECHNICAL SKILLS/ BACKGROUND

- Knowledge of SQL relational database management systems and experience in designing, developing/ scripting and testing interfaces in Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
- Experience upgrading Kronos/ ADP eTIME database from one version to another.
- Custom report development skills.
- International exposure on a WFM implementation.
- Experience with HRMS/ HRIS systems and solution concepts such as: Payroll, Benefits, Entitlements, Compensation, Accruals, Leave Management, etc.
