Customer and Operations Support

Fee Technology supports hundreds of veterinary practices across the US. To keep the Fee Tech ecosystem humming, Customer and Operations Support respond to email, take phone calls and provide training to our customer base. We answer questions, offer solutions, hunt down answers to problems, and serve as advocates for our software application.

The Customer and Operations Support position will be responsible for providing first level support for our software users and assist our senior support staff and chief operations officer (COO) on special projects.

Job Summary
The main functions of this position include:

* Provide product training and support to existing clients via phone, email, and web-based remote conferencing
* Process new account contracts
* Create and maintain customer records in CRM database
* Resolve application or service issues by clarifying the customer's need; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; elevating the problem to management when necessary; following up to ensure resolution
* Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Develop an extensive working knowledge of our software application.
* Write concise, informative enhancement requests when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

* At least one year of experience in the veterinary industry with knowledge of how veterinary services are performed
* Exceptional customer service and problem resolution skills
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Ability to communicate professionally with customers by phone, email and via web conferencing (i.e. GoToMeeting)
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Ability to analyze information and troubleshoot remotely
* Multi-tasking ability
* Time management skills and a self-starter
* Ability to learn quickly

Position Requirements

* Telecommute position that requires a space free of distraction and excessive noise
* Personal computer (PC, not MAC)
* Reliable, high-speed Internet access


Fairfax, VA preferred however remote employment also available.

Additional Salary Information:
