As SalesForce Administrator within Artificial Solutions you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company's SalesForce.com application covering all direct and channel sales activities plus a key role in terms of sales analysis and Board reporting. To achieve your objectives and perform the tasks assigned, you will need to work directly with SMT, Marketing, Sales, Support and F&A department. You will join us in our office located in Newbury (UK), although some flexibility of remote working can be discussed. Before applying, please consider that this position requires a very limited amount of domestic and international travel - up to 10 days/year.

The position will focus upon:

- Conduct a full review of our use of SF.com liaising with all stakeholders and departments.
- Assemble a detailed plan to move the business to the ideal model
- Implement the approved plan.
- Maintain, monitor and extend all functions through regular dialogue with all stakeholders and departments.
- Periodically review progress against the plan, and adjust where required.
- Keep fully up to date with changing business requirements and adapt the plan/model accordingly.
- Keep fully up to date with upgrades and updates to SF.com, understanding how best to apply these to our plan/model.
- Generate self-serve reporting for SMT members via a standard dashboard.
- Working with others, seek to integrate SF.com more completely with other company systems - e.g. Office 365.
- Create an internal induction program for SF.com for new starters.
- Create an external induction program for SF.com for new partners (when applicable).
- Work directly with al VP Sales to ensure their teams maintain their own data on a regular basis and according to the reporting timetable.

Mandatory experience/skills:

- Expert in SalesForce.com - latest versions.
- 3 years direct working experience as a SalesForce Administrator within the sales function of a commercial enterprise.
- Demonstrable success in SF.com analytics, KPIs and metrics.
- Fluency in English.

Desirable experience/skills:

- Business or Management Degree.
- International business experience.
- Additional languages.
- Full UK driving license.
