Title: Journalist / Creative Writer for Music Theory / Production / DJing
Date Posted: 2017-12-23
Location: Not mentioned
Hey guys,

We are the creators of Mixed In Key (https://mixedinkey.com/), Captain Plugins (https://mixedinkey.com/captain-plugins), Odesi (http://odesi.mixedinkey.com/) and lots of other software. We've invented dozens of new DJ techniques, music production tips and lots of other useful information that we want to share online.

We want to hire a great writer who can take our notes on how the technique works, and write longer articles and how-to guides based on that. Your job will also involve doing interviews with top artists and producers.

Our inspirations are the Ableton Live blog, the CDM blog, and Future Music magazine

If you're interested in writing great content and working remotely in the music industry, please apply. We'd love to hear from you.

Here are the job requirements:

1. Initiative. We have to see that you're self-starting, and can take command in writing new stories

2. You have to have Ableton Live, Logic or other DAW experience so you can write about them

3. It's a huge plus if you understand DJing and have played your own DJ sets

4. Extra bonus if you can do something to illustrate your writing skills, right now

Show us that you're the right person for the writing job.

Hope to hear from you!

Yakov and the Mixed In Key team
