We are looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist with the technical background to understand, implement and troubleshoot standard system integration mechanisms like file feeds, APIs, webhooks, and SSO authentication. The ideal candidate would also have strong project management, organizational skills, and client facing experience with the ability to deal with competing priorities and work on concurrent implementations. Technical Solutions Specialists work closely with our clients and their learning providers throughout the implementation of the solution. The candidate should have an understanding and appreciation for the new ways employees desire to learn, and possess the creativity, openness and forward thinking that is necessary to help organizations transform their learning ecosystem to support tomorrow's learner.


- Work in conjunction with our Client Engagement/Client Success teams and handle all technical implementation requirements.
- Ability to present and demonstrate all product features and configuration options to drive requirement decisions.
- Attends or hosts technical deep dive sessions with client/provider IT teams as necessary to support the implementation.
- Use technical and product expertise to consult with clients/providers on system configurations, user access criteria, SSO authentication, data/content integrations which meet business needs and minimize risk.
- Produce all necessary requirement and final design documentation for implementation.
- Schedules and coordinates all technical work to support client milestones and system launch.
- Test and troubleshoot technical end user and system components throughout implementation process to ensure they meet requirements.
- Address all client/provider technical inquires and issues throughout implementation.
- Working as a team and collaborating with other Technical Solutions Specialists to ensure that all client implementations are successful.


- Technical implementation experience working with start-up, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
- Working technical knowledge of industry standard practices for implementing file feeds, API, webhooks, SSO authentications.
- Experience managing and overseeing multiple implementations concurrently.
- Minimum 3 years professional services and/or technical consulting experience in client facing roles.
- Extremely personable with excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand.
- Thorough understanding of Human Capital Management enterprise software and background in L&D or Talent Management is a plus.
- SaaS implementation or support experience is a plus.
