We are looking for a "best in class" Nursing Educator with experience in Distance and Digital Learning . . . and most of all a PASSION for all things nursing!

This role is an integral role at NRSNG, we intend to be grueling in the hiring process . . . you'll probably be sick of us by the end, but we want to find the "diamond in the rough", the most amazing educator stuck on the floor, in the hospital, or at a college ready to spread their wings and make a real difference in nursing education and help students all around the globe.

About You:

- You are passionate about teaching
- You are an MSN, PhD, or DNP
- Your coworkers and students tell you "you explain things so clearly"

What You Will Do:

As Nurse Educator at NRSNG you will play a key role in overseeing and developing educational materials for nursing students all around the globe and creating real change in nursing education. This will include many things:

- Nursing lesson plan and content creation that conforms to current NCLEX test plan and best practices
- Study resources creation that improve learner engagement, understanding, and retention
- Edit content for medical/nursing accuracy
- Respond to nursing related student concerns
- Work closely with content director, editors, and content creators to create exceptional content that adheres to NRSNG brand and timelines
- Collaborate with guests posters, podcasters, videos and contractors



- Knowledge and experience with NRSNG
- Easy to work with! Just a cool person!
- Masters Degree, enrolled in MSN, or a kick ass BSN
- Experience with nursing education content creation
- Experience developing engaging curriculum plans
- Comfortable in front of a camera and on a microphone
- Strong computer skills (Google Docs, Dropbox, MS Office [PPT, Excel])
- Strong command of English grammar
- Can work with minimal direction and supervision
- Innovative and willing to defend your ideas


- PhD or DNP
- 2+ years experience in nursing education
- Advanced certification (CCRN etc)
- Experience developing digital educational material
- Digital/Blogging experience
