While FFW has a very established brand and reputation in the digital space, particularly within the Drupal community, we are evolving and building a full digital consulting practice that in addition to web development will include UX/Design, Content Strategy, Mobile, Devices and Digital Strategy.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced inside sales person that can lead our inbound and outbound sales process. You will be tasked to support account executives to develop enterprise web services opportunities in your assigned verticals and/or territory. Project delivery includes web/content strategy, user experience, creative, and web/mobile development. In this role you will need to be a proven hunter with B2B experience leading discovery and qualification process to uncover leads that meet our ideal customer profile. We would also look for those that can mentor and develop our Business Development Representatives and help set team objectives for your mutual success.


* Define a process to develop new sales opportunities

* Strategize with Account Executives on how to best target and research ideal accounts in your territory

* Work with Marketing to leverage content and coordinate on parallel target campaigns

* Engage with executive level prospects in IT and Marketing

* Qualify prospects for project, budget, need and coordinate introductions to your team

* Set up and facilitate meetings with qualified prospects for Account Executives.

* Manage reporting and a system for nurturing leads in Salesforce

* Maintain a target funnel that will give you predictable quota achievement


* Passion - Take a genuine interest in prospects needs and really care about the level of success your team can deliver

* Show initiative and be a self starter

* Have a good phone conversational skills, focus on the right questions, always listen, take strong discovery notes

* Draft relevant emails with a call to action (Understand a give-to-get)

* Have 3+ years of sales or marketing experience or relevant business experience

* Demonstrate a high-level understanding of the digital space

* Salesforce experience is a plus

* Knowledge in some verticals like healthcare, pharma, media, education would be valuable
