We're looking for a Support Ninja to join our Customer Support team. The role is virtual/remote which means you can work from anywhere in the world -- all you need is a laptop and an internet connection!

As a Support Ninja, you will handle support tickets via our ticketing system (HelpScout.com) as well as the occasional phone call. 98% of this role is email support but there is the occasional phone call so you must be comfortable taking calls when need be.

You will be responsible for helping our customers, and giving them an incredible experience that makes them feel like we were the most kind and thoughtful person in their day. You should love interacting with customers, helping them solve problems, and feel very comfortable having conversations over email with people. We hold extremely high standards of engagement, care, thoughtfulness, and problem solving for our customers - if you do too and that sounds like you, then we'd love to speak with you.
