A high end storage and shipping company serving exclusively the college market. Customers sign up for the service between late Feb and early May, and are moved out over the course of a month. We then store their things at various sites throughout the summer, and move them back in over the course of the month of August. We operate on campuses across America, and serve a wealthy, discerning clientelle who expect excellent service at all times.

The gig.

We provie extraordinary service to customers at all times. Call centre agents take part in fulfilling that goal by answering customer phone calls and reaching out to customers proactively as needed.

Answering all emails within 24 hours

Build relationships with returning clients

Record and document customer interactions

Knowledge of Zendesk and advantage
