Funnelback is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Seattle-based team, ideally you would be local, however we will certainly look at fantastic candidates for the opportunity to work remotely.

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for aspects of our marketing campaigns from list building to content creation, as well as general support for our sales and marketing teams. You'll work closely with our marketing team to prospect and nurture potential customers. To achieve this goal, you'll help us develop creative campaigns that use every tool in the box, from content and design to digital ads and direct mail. You'll use content and design to bring campaigns to life, and track results through close coordination with our marketing and sales teams.

Who are you?

- A creative mindset: you want to come up with incredibly creative ways to market our product and execute campaigns
- Strong attention to detail: you're able to keep tabs on multiple projects at once
- Driven by data & experimentation: you understand how to analyze data to optimize campaigns and improve results, including interpreting and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Exceptional organizational skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
- You have a positive attitude, and you're friendly and fun to work with
- You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, either on a marketing team or as an SDR or BDR (with the desire to become a marketer)

What you'll do:

- Work closely with sales, marketing and account management teams to bring campaign ideas to life
- Coordinate and track monthly account-based marketing campaigns
- Assist in developing creative campaign ideas utilizing tools like email, direct mail, digital advertising, content, and events
- Build and manage strong lists for target verticals as required by ABM campaigns
- Manage a budget on a month-to-month basis
- Work closely with sales to track campaign performance across metrics like open rates, conversion-to-walkthrough and conversion-to-customer
- A/B test campaigns to achieve optimal results
- Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to develop lead generation materials that are digestible and relevant for sales team, partners, customers (white papers, guides, webinars, videos, case studies)
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns in a timely manner
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales & marketing data
- North American event coordination and support

Nice to have:

- Understanding of the goals and processes at B2B enterprise technology companies
- Experience using marketing tools (e.g. Marketo, SugarCRM, Unbounce)
- Experience using Google Analytics, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar
- Understanding of content marketing, lead nurturing and retargeting strategies
- Familiarity with ad platforms like Google AdWords and paid social
- Understanding of paid search, email and content marketing strategies and tactics
- Startup experience: comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Understanding of lead nurturing, retargeting strategies
- Experience in vertical-specific or ABM campaigns (higher ed, finance, healthcare)
