We are looking for an ambitious, versatile mid-level support representative to join the support team in our fast-paced environment. This is currently a remote support job, working from home. The candidate must live in London, and be able to commute to central London in the future.

The F45 support team is the heart of the F45 team, working closely with our franchisees to help them build their businesses, and in-turn helping grow the F45 brand globally. You will play a vital role in assisting our franchisees through their onboarding process, their journey of starting and running an F45 studio, forming personal relationships with ambitious business owners across the world, understanding their needs and celebrating their successes.

The ideal candidate is an energetic, enthusiastic and patient individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities and a willingness to master the F45 Training system and protocols.

- Rapid response to elevated and live support issues
- Ticket-based email inquiries from our franchisees based on set procedures
- Clarify any issues and determine the best recourse, and escalate issues as required
- Follow up with franchisees to ensure any issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborate with the F45 team to document all information in our internal systems
- Ensure our franchisees are the happiest, most productive, and most satisfied partners in the F45 network
- Conflict resolution in a friendly manner and in accordance with the F45 brand ethos
- Skype/video support to Franchisees as needed
- Report system critical issues to Management in multiple timezones


- Excellent written English
- Ability to communicate via a high volume of emails
- Experience working remotely preferred
- A working knowledge of modern cloud-based software technologies (Dropbox, Gmail, GoogleDocs, Freshdesk/Zendesk or other ticket-based customer support platforms)
- An interest and passion for the fitness industry is a bonus
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, trust and discretion

Other information:

- 2 years+ working in customer-facing/client relationship roles in support
- The ideal candidate can commit to helping on weekends and after hours if required
