There are many who seek to work from home environments, often facing some disabling factor. It is sad to say these individuals, many of whom are highly educated vary among an 83% unemployment rate vs the national unemployment for those without disabilities of 9%. When scammers toss out their offers, do they ever take the time to think how bad they are hurting what could be a very good industry.

Tabatha, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts/experience. BTW, love the comment your girls make when you go shopping. I’ve also found that being comfortable is one of the key ingredients to being successful at working from home. For me, it’s jeans and a t-shirt and shorts in the summer.

I totally see your point about having to “dress the part.” However, I work best when I am comfortable and how much more comfortable can you get than your pajamas??!! My 5 girls and I go shopping and they always ask, “Hey, mom, do you need some more work clothes?” while holding up a cute pajama bottom. I have worked from home for over 10 years and I do think most people would be more productive going through the “normal” routine of showering, shaving (or in my case, putting on make-up) and dressing for work. It takes a lot of self discipline to work at home unsupervised. Heck, maybe I would be a little more productive if I showered and prettied up in the morning! Maybe I’ll try it but, if I change my attire, it will be to sweats and a tee!

A person can get paid to read emails by finding advertisers who are willing to send their advertisement emails to them. While signing up with site offering pay for reading emails, the person has to check the boxes in which he is interested. This makes it easy to send targeted advertisements to the right people. Say a person may be interested in viewing cinema and sports; such person may receive emails related to that field.
