In The Event You Encounter Errors.

21 December 2009 No Comment

It’s been a hectic day as I try to get things back to normal with the website. It’s been brought to our attention that there are some errors (I’ll explain below) that’s been popping up throughout the website. This all started after I hired an SEO “expert” to help with getting the website better organized for the search engines. Seems he/they uploaded the pages they edited, rather than just edit the pages online. When a page is uploaded it overwrites the current page and there’s always the risk that information would get lost.

Though I stressed to the programmer (he claims to know programming) that he should not upload/replace pages, he never listened to me. Now we have some errors that’s affecting the usability of the site.

- the number of jobs posted, which is listed at the top right side of the site is not correct. That number has been stuck like that since the 11th. And we’ve added many jobs since then.

- the job search on the main vacant jobs list page is not fully functional.

- some of the ads on the site is not loading correctly.

Fear not! I’ve alerted our programmers about these issues and they’re busy at work. If by chance you encounter any errors/problems with the site we’d really appreciate it if you could use the “contact” link above to let us know.
