Part-time Admin Assistant Wanted.

Seeking a part-time assistant for one of our Senior Sales Associates. This is a home-based assignment for no more than 10 hours per week at $10/hour.

Responsibilities:

1. Entering business cards into Outlook
2. Preparing and reviewing meeting lists
3. Travel / trip support with Agendas
4. set up personal email templates and track responses
5. Calendar management in Outlook
6. Help prepare T&E form

Requirements:

1. Strong Microsoft Outlook skills
2. Manhattan-based
3. Extremely strong attention to detail
4. Have a personal laptop to use
5. Available for face-to-face meetings up to once a week
6. Reachable by phone during working hours
