We need to add one more telephone agent to our group! This will be less than part time until the Fall. At that point, hours can be increased to full time. You will take inbound calls from customers who have questions about their placed order, have issues, need help, etc. You will do whatever the customer needs done.

- You will make outbound calls to customers who have asked someone to call them or need help, assistance, etc.

- You will communicate with the writers and the customers to help resolve any issues. All communication is done via our Five 9 system. Communication with writers is done through email on our writers data base. When no inbound calls are coming in, you will email customers letting them know we got their order, make outbound calls to customers who have requested it, need help etc.
